Returns and Exchanges

We are glad to accept returned merchandise for whatever reason, as long as the merchandise is unused and in the original packaging of how it was received. The item(s) must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item in order for a refund if it was purchased by the receiver. Otherwise it has to be postmarked within 25 days for a merchandise credit. Please contact us prior to returning an item with the reason for the return so that we can expect it and issue either a refund or a merchandise credit. All sale items, personalized items are final sale. Special order deposits are non-refundable. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Shipping and Handling

We ship our packages via UPS Ground. Currently we do not ship outside of the US but please contact us directly to possibly arrange an international shipment. No post office boxes, please. Next day and 2nd day service available at an extra charge, just contact us for information. Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship an order.
